(Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The IUSD10 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (U): Upper air. A1 (S): Radiosondes/pibal reports from fixed land stations (entire sounding) TEMP (parts A, B, C, D). A2 (D): 90°E - 0° northern hemisphere.
